After a Sales Appointment
Follow-up to sales appointments is vital to get right – don’t waste a good meeting by trailing off afterwards. It’s always good to write or email immediately to thank the contacts and to detail the response agreed.
Write up the appointment, comments made and action to be taken on your database – don’t rely on your memory!
Take time to review the appointment, either by yourself or with the person who went with you. How did it really go? How could things have been improved? How can you do better next time?
When you’ve reviewed how the meeting went, prepare for the future by working out how you’ll continue to nurture the relationship – and make sure that it’s clear who’ll be taking on this important responsibility.
If you would like CBD to assist you in generating sales appointments – get in touch! We can help.
