Since launching a UK subsidiary of Thomann-Hanry, a large multi-national specialising in building restoration, we have marketed ourselves in many different media but none have proved as successful as telesales made by CSC. We have quoted in excess of £5million of new business directly as a result of this, exceeding the value of quote work arising from all other marketing opportunities combined. I have only recently begun working with CSC and already I am starting to notice the difference in the amount of potential work coming to my company. Within about three weeks we began to see new tenders for various projects from multiple companies.Once we received one tender, then the same companies would then send us multiple tenders, some as many as two/three a week and these were coming from many different companies.I am still finding it hard to believe how many new companies are sending us tender documents for pricing. We priced quite a lot of potential contracts early in the new year, and after a few weeks some of the new companies started to come back to us, mentioning they are keen to try us out on some new projects.

It got to a stage where we seemed to be getting more enquiries than we could cope with, so the next best thing we thought of was to send some of the tenders back out to a costing company to relieve the pressure.

I was not sure at first about using CSC because we had never gone down this route to try and gain new business and contacts in this way, but in my honest opinion it is probably the best thing I have ever done to try and expand my business.

Also the beauty of CSC is that if there are too many potential enquiries coming in, I can tell them that we do not need to carry out the work as regularly with no penalties from them.

CSC take the pressure away from us as a company. While they are excellent at finding new business, we as a company are good at what we do, which brings me to the conclusion of the old saying ‘horses for courses’.

I had been looking to expand the company for a long time but could not find the best way I thought I would be happy with. I explored companies who would set up an advertising campaign, leaflets, flyers, letters etc.

I did not believe any of the above was correct for the nature of our business, and so the CSC approach was definitely the correct choice. I cannot recommend CSC enough to new clients.
