CMS was founded in 2011 by David Crick MCIM. An experienced senior marketing professional with a successful track-record in construction sales, David is Managing Director, and trusted advisor to a wide range of clients. Overseeing the management and training of our sales team is Operations Director Paul Sampson, an experienced sales professional who has held senior positions across a number of industries.

We're based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. We have an established presence in the South of England, London and the Midlands and have worked remotely for clients across the country.

Planning Pipe are our sales lead provider of choice, a flexible and affordable source of information on upcoming projects within the planning system. We don’t just use their leads, we’ve partnered with them to integrate Planning Pipe into our custom CRM system, called Prospector. This is the system we use to identify leads, manage contacts and secure targeted tenders.
