We provide highly-skilled, experienced BDMs for one day a week to main contractors and subcontractors in the UK construction industry.

We've written The Really Useful Guides to help people understand for themselves how to grow their business, and recently launched a podcast Making Contacts, Winning Contracts to make our knowledge even easier to access.

We're a family business - founded by David Crick, CMS is now led by his daughter, Rachel Marke as Managing Director, and marketing and database support is provided by his son, Andrew Crick. We've been joined by Billie-Jo Johnson-Roberts, Head of Client Services who leads our team of BDMs, and Lynne Hopwood is our Head of New Business. Planning Pipe are our sales lead provider of choice, a flexible and affordable source of information on upcoming projects within the planning system. We don’t just use their leads, we’ve partnered with them to integrate Planning Pipe into our custom CRM system, called Prospector. This is the system we use to identify leads, manage contacts and secure targeted tenders.

Sales is part of the wider discipline of marketing, and we work with Construction Marketing Experts, based in Birmingham, to support our clients with a full suite of marketing assets.
